Eligibility — What to Send

• Store/Company name and your Tax ID (VAT/GST/Tax Number).
• Registered business address and country of operation.

• Owner/authorized contact info and phone number for SMS verification.

Incomplete submissions cannot be approved.

How It Works

2. Verification (SMS Code): If pre-approved, you will receive an official Pop Mart SMS with a unique verification code. Reply to us with that code to confirm you own the phone number and the business.
3. Catalog Access: Once verified, we grant access to the full catalog and availability. You may mix editions and collections within the same order.
4. Invoice & Payment: We issue your invoice. As soon as funds are received in our bank account, we begin processing.
5. Fulfilment (DDP) & Delivery: Orders ship from our warehouses directly to you. No on-site pick-up — processing is 100% online. Tracking is provided.
